Job Description:

  • Handle AWS Sales profiles; junior to senior levels.
  • Mass recruitment for IT/ITES.
  • Should have exposure in Sales Hiring for Enterprise unit, AWS, IT profiles, SEO, Cloud Sales, Data Center, middle to senior level profiles.
  • Headhunting, Searching CV’s from Job portals & generating references
  • Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
  • Creating & maintaining Database.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.
  • Generate new ideas for hiring and implement the same.
  • Motivate the team and assign prioritized requirements to team members.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics.
  • Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
